Mobility can be defined as the body’s intended range of motion for joints; particularly the ability of the body to move freely and without pain, impingement, or impediments. This class focuses on understanding why mobility is so important to athletes. In their first class, students will go through a brief orientation to learn about mobility and to help identify poor movement patterns. Then, students may attend the Functional Mobility classes and complete a comprehensive routine that improves the functional range of motion for all athletes.
